Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us with your order reference. After dispatch, contact us to discuss the available options.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order reference and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. This requested reporting period does not remove rights available under applicable law.
Change-of-mind returns
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and personal-care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Contact us before sending any return.
Replacement or refund
After reviewing an eligible claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We cover return delivery costs for confirmed incorrect or defective items. For COD refunds, we will agree a suitable refund method with you privately. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 working days after receiving and checking the returned item.
